Subject : Preliminary meeting
ANNOUNCEMENT
A preliminary meeting will be held in
the Red Hall on May 1st. 2008, Thursday,
at 3 p.m. about the Graduation Ceremony
with the participation of the students
to graduate at the end of the 2007-2008
Academic year. Students who will
graduate this year are required to get
their invitation letters for the meeting
and to take part in the meeting that
will be conducted on the above-mentioned
date.
Students who have classes at the hour of
the meeting will be counted on leave.

Subject: About the students to graduate
ANNOUNCEMENT
Students who will graduate at the end of
the spring semester of the 2007-2008
Academic year are required to get the
“Sign-out Forms” from the Directorate of
Student Affairs, have their forms and
“Diploma Documents” authenticated by the
units concerned, and then submit them to
the Directorate by June 13th, 2008 in
order that they can get their Diplomas
at the Graduation Ceremony to take place
on July 4th, 2008.
Students who do not complete their sign
out procedures and hand in their
documents by the end of this deadline
will not be able to get their diplomas
at the ceremony.

Subject: About the supply of caps and
gowns
ANNOUNCEMENT
Caps and gowns of senior students and
fall semester graduates who are going to
attend the Graduation Ceremony to be
held on July 4th, 2008, will be
delivered by the Supplies Office to the
faculty/institution/vocational Training
School Secretaries on May 05, 2008.
Students will be able to get their caps
and gowns in return for 50 YTL deposit
from the faculty/institution/vocational
training school secretaries between May
05 and June 13, 2008. Students will be
refunded their deposits upon giving
their caps and gowns back to the
Supplies Office from July 07 to 11,
2008.
Students who haven’t got their caps and
gowns during the designated dates will
not be able to attend the Graduation
Ceremony since caps and gowns will not
be delivered after June 13, 2008.
